Very disappointing experience from start to finish. During the estimate visit, I was told they were checking financing pre-approval. However, it resulted in a hard credit inquiry. Their quote was also significantly higher than another quote I received — the other quote was about one-third of their price. After the hard inquiry, I was worried about additional credit impact and felt I had limited options, so I reluctantly moved forward even though I was uncomfortable with the price. The work was also not done as I understood from the estimate. I expected a recessed panel, but I was not clearly informed beforehand that it would be installed on top of the wall instead. Large holes were cut in the drywall above and below the panel, and the way the wiring was positioned made drywall repair more difficult. Some items discussed during the estimate were not clearly documented in the written scope. When I pointed out unfinished items near the end of the job, the workers said those items were not in their notes. I had to contact the person who came for the estimate by phone and text to confirm what had been discussed, which meant extra communication before everything was completed. They p

We had a fantastic experience with Mister Sparky of Lancaster. Logan came out on time and was so kind the entire visit. He was knowledgable when we shared our concerns around our house. He walked us through options for next steps so we didnt feel trapped or forced into starting a big project. He was so respectful of making sure the job being done is exactly what we wanted. We are so pleased with how everything went and highly recommend Logan!

I am putting my house up for sale and discovered ceiling light in kitchen not working. Called Mr. Sparky and they sent Jeff out same day. Jeff quickly diagnosed the probem(needed new switch), and fixed it in record time. He was friendly and professional.

Wonderful service. Partner wanted a ceiling fan in master bedroom where no overhead electrical existed. Line run including double switch for separate light and fan on/off. We have a taller bed and they were helpful in deciding where to place it so no accidents happen. Fast. Efficient. Reasonable prices. Very happy.
